What is our booking process?
Clients can simply navigate to our enquire page and submit a booking request. We will typically rely within 24 hours and confirm our availability for their date. For more information on our booking process, you can refer them here.
Cost transparency is something that we prioritise heavily. All our towers are priced to be inclusive of travel within Brisbane and surrounds, Gold Coast and the Sunshine Coast. If you are outside these areas, we have a $50 per 30 minutes fee outside the above areas which can be discussed with the client directly, or we are happy to let them know upon enquiry.
It is also important to note that all bookings will require a $150 security bond to secure their date. This also covers cost of damage should there be any. If no damage occurs, this is refunded in full to their original payment method.
What are costs involved?
A security bond is financial deposit held as a form of security to cover potential costs, such as damage or last minute cancellations, and it is returned if all terms are met.
In the event that there is damage, we will deduct the total damage cost from the security bond and refund any remaining amount to your original payment method.

What is a security bond and why do they pay it?
At this stage, we do not. We are only a new business and are still planting our feet in the industry, whilst we LOVE the idea, it isn’t feasible for us at the moment.
Do you pay a percentage per referral?
All our terms specifically state that regardless of who pours, whether that be themselves, a guest or venue staff, damage is the responsibility of the hiree.
If the client requests a venue staff member to pour the tower, this is a separate agreement between the venue and the client as to whether this will be allowed and the terms regarding it.
Who covers any damages?
Can I view your contract and documents prior to partnership?
We hand over all documents in our partnership for the venue to keep on file. This includes our current contracts, forms and insurance / public liability certificates. You will also be notified of any term updates immediately as instated.

01 | Enquire and Quote
Complete our online enquiry form or get in touch directly with your event details (date, venue, number of guests, and tower size preference).
We’ll confirm availability and send through a tailored quote outlining their inclusions, styling details, and hire options.
02 | Secure Your Date
Once they’re happy with their quote, a refundable security bond is required to secure their event date.
Their booking is confirmed once both the signed agreement and security bond have been received — after that, the tower is officially reserved for their day.
03 | Preparation & Final Payment
Two weeks before your event, we’ll confirm all final details, including access times, styling notes, and logistics with venues.
Their final balance is due 14 days prior to their event, ensuring everything is ready for a smooth setup on the day.
04 | Event Day & Refund
We’ll deliver, assemble, and style your champagne tower on-site.
After the event, we’ll return for pack-down and collection.
Once all hire items are inspected and confirmed to be in good condition, their security bond is refunded in full within 3 business days.
